We only ever work in a transparent and open way. We will conduct a structured attendance review which will last up to one day dependant on your setting. 

During this review, we will work with your team to explore in depth all areas of your attendance systems and processes and give you a comprehensive action plan to either improve practice and/or rapidly improve outcomes. 

From there, you can choose if you wish to deploy the plan using your internal teams or if you wish to discuss further support with us - there is no pressure and we'll always be on the other end of the phone if you get stuck at any stage! 

HOW WE ANALYSE YOUR ATTENDANCE PROCESS

WE'LL GET TO KNOW YOUR STAFF
Your attendance process can only be as good as the staff who operate it. Therefore, the correct training and skills are crucial to raising standards. We'll work with your team and provide them with live feedback whilst identifying their strengths which could be built upon to improve outcomes. 
WE'LL DIVE INTO YOUR PROVISION 
Second to your staff is the provision around each child. Every school is different from its operation through to its staffing structure. We'll look at your current practice across the board to identify ways in which a small tweak will develop your provision to provide free or low-cost solutions to improving attendance. 
WE'LL LOOK AT YOUR ATTENDANCE
Data is central to everything. But the correct processes for analysis can transform this job from a laborious task to a weekly highlight. Looking at your current outcomes, we'll identify key focus groups and your trends and patterns. Once we've done that, we'll train your staff on simple ways to do this themselves. 
WE'LL LOOK WHERE THERE IS SCOPE 
Nobody likes a 'quick win' as they often don't last - but by looking at your school in detail, we can identify your short, medium and longer term projects. We'll provide you with a 'to-do list' style report focusing on action that you can either give to a member of your internal team to deploy or we'll help you to hit the ground running. No matter which option you choose, you should begin to see rapid improvements in data immediately. 
To allow for a personal and independent approach, all attendance reviews are carried out by our Principal Advisor.
