360 Attendance Review

An attendance review by Accelerating Learning supports schools to benchmark the performance, functionality, and compliance of their attendance provision. 

Reviews last around a day and can be completed both on-site at your academy or remotely via Microsoft Teams. 

Prior to all reviews taking place, we will work with you to understand your attendance and pastoral structures, and collaboratively populate a schedule which will ensure you find the process as useful and as beneficial as possible based upon your local context and priorities. 

During our 360 reviews, we will look in focus at six key areas: 

-       Your policy – to ensure full compliance. 

-       Your procedures – to ensure your work is bringing maximum impact. 

-       Your first day response – to ensure you exceed safeguarding obligations. 

-       Your local context – to ensure your provision responds accordingly. 

-       Your data – to ensure you are maximising its use. 

-       Your team – to ensure everyone is realising the rewards of their hard work. 

You will be provided with a full report promptly after the review which will include our recommendations. 

We seek to provide all resources required with your recommendations – this ensures schools are equipped to provide any improvements required without requiring additional paid support from us. Of course – we can discuss support packages if you would prefer us to be part of your journey.
